You may return (non customized) new, unworn items with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery for an item price refund. Items shipped to a California address will also have California Sales Tax refunded. Please note that items must be in new condition. During the Holiday Shopping Season we extend our Returns time frame to accommodate gift giving. Items purchased from November 1st through the end of December may be returned through January 31st (all other return requirements apply).
We cannot accept items back if they have been used, have been subjected to strong odors (cigarette smoke etc.) or have pet hair on them (we love pets but please do not expose an item to your pet until you are sure that you intend to keep the item as we cannot accept an item back that is covered in hair or odors).
We understand that shopping online can be challenging when it comes to sizing and that you need to try an item on to see if it fits and determine if you like it once you receive it. In these cases we of course accept returns of items in new condition as outlined above. Due to the nature of what we sell we have had incidents in the past with photographers, television studios or individuals ordering something to wear once for an event or photo shoot and then try to return it as new - please note that an item that you have worn (other than a careful try on) for an event or occasion cannot be considered as still being new and is not returnable.
If you would find that you would like a different size please do a return on the original new item and if you choose to you can place a new order for the size you would prefer. We ask that you return and place a new order rather than having a size exchange procedure as this allows us to keep better track of inventory counts.

It is best to email to ask for a return authorization number prior to sending an item back - that way you can mark the package you ship to us with that return number to identify it so that we will know what it is when it arrives here. This allows us to process your refund faster.
We process refunds within two business days of receiving an authorized return. Refunds will go back to the same payment method in which the original payment was made. Please note that credit card companies typically take 3 - 5 business days to post a refund to the card holders account after we initiate the refund from our end. The refund will show as coming from Perpetual Vogue or from Rock Your Wardrobe.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You may ship an approved return back to us by any shipping method that you prefer. Please do package items carefully so that they do not become damaged in transit. We recommend that you use shipping insurance (this is automatic with some shipping companies) on the shipment and ship by a trackable shipping method.

In the Unites States we offer Free Shipping on orders over $75.00. We also offer a $9.95 flat rate per order shipping option and expedited/faster shipping options. You choose which shipping option you want during the checkout process.
We ship to customers in the United States, U.S. Territories, Canada, Western Europe, Australia, parts of Asia and many other International locations. During checkout you will see shipping options and can choose the shipping method for your order from the available options seen there.
We reserve the right to ship some packages with a Signature Required at Delivery. We do this for a variety of reasons (value of order, size of package, package not fitting into a standard mail box, multi unit address etc). In these cases if no one is available to accept the package the Post Office will leave a notice for you to contact them to arrange a different delivery day or to pick the package up from them. If this would be problematic for you please enter a shipping address where someone will be able to accept the shipment. We are happy to ship to your work address and you can enter separate billing and shipping addresses during checkout.
Note to International Customers
International Customers should expect to be charged customs fees/duty/taxes/VAT upon delivery. These fees are between you and your Government / Customs Officials and are not part of the shipping charges. Many Countries have the delivery carrier (dhl or the local Post Office) collect those fees at delivery. The tax rates are different in each Country. We have no control over International taxes or tax rates. We are required to include an invoice with International Shipments and we cannot alter invoice values on shipping documents or label shipments as gifts.
